Accessing Multiple Accounts with a Single Login
Kwik allows users to manage multiple accounts using a single login. This makes it easy to switch between accounts without needing to log in and out repeatedly.
How to Get Access
To enable multiple account access on your profile:
Raise a Request – Contact the Kwik Support Team or your Account Manager and request that your login be linked to multiple accounts.
Preferred Email Address – Provide your preferred email address when making the request. (Usually the email linked to your initial profile setup is used)
Setup by Support – The support team will link your email address in the backend to all the accounts you should have access to.
Once this is set up, you will only need one login to access all linked accounts.
Switching Between Accounts
After your login has been linked to multiple accounts:
Log in to Kwik with your usual email and password.
Hover your mouse over the account name displayed at the bottom of the left navigation bar.

A list of all accounts you have access to will appear.

Click on the desired account to switch instantly.
Example Use Case
If you manage several companies or branches, you can easily switch between them without logging out.
This is especially useful for administrators or finance teams handling multiple client accounts.
