You can choose to receive reports at multiple intervals—daily, weekly, and/or monthly. All reports are sent at 8am.
What's in your summary report?
You will receive an email with a breakdown of your transactions for your selected interval. The email includes:

This counter reflects only transactions with a Paid status.
Clicking the link will direct you to the Transactions page, filtered to show only Paid transactions for the selected interval.
2. Failed Transactions
This counter will include transactions that were rejected by the bank, rejected by the API, unpaid, cancelled, or reversed.
Clicking the link will direct you to the Transactions page, filtered to show the transactions with any of the above-mentioned statuses for the selected interval.
3. Disputed Transactions
Displays the number of disputes during the specified interval.
Clicking the link will direct you to the Transactions page, filtered to show only Disputed transactions for that interval.
4. Payments Created
The counter includes both one-time and recurring payments created during this time.
Each payment type has its own link to view payments created during the selected interval.
Downloading the Report
A Download Report button is available within the email for easy access to a detailed report.
Each section (Successful, Failed, Disputed, and Created Payments) is organised into separate tabs within the downloadable CSV file.
📌Note: You must be logged in to access the transaction details when clicking on any report links.
