Dashboard

The intuitive dashboard provides real-time insights into your financial activities. You can easily view your income summaries, transaction histories per month, and account balances to stay on top of your financial status.

Understand Your Balances at a Glance

Received: The total income received in the current month. This value resets monthly and excludes uncleared payments.

Payments: The total number of successful transactions processed in the current month. Only fully processed payments are included in this total.

Unpaids: The total number of returned transactions that were not successfully processed for the month.

Disputes: The total number of transactions where customers have lodged disputes with their bank.

The values above automatically reset at the start of each month, reflecting only the transactions for the current month.

Unpaid & Dispute Ratios

To help you maintain a healthy collection rate, the dashboard also displays the unpaid and dispute ratios as percentages per month too. These values reset monthly and serve as indicators of your payment performance fro the current month.

  • Your dispute ratio should not exceed 0.5% per month.

  • Your unpaid ratio should not be higher than 10% per month.

These limits are regulated by the bank, and exceeding them may result in your company being flagged for review or suspension. Keeping these ratios as low as possible is essential to maintaining a good standing with the bank.

The values above automatically reset at the start of each month.

Account Summary

  • Current Balance: The total amount currently in your account, including funds awaiting payout.

  • Uncleared Amount: The total value of transactions that have not yet been cleared. Clearance may take up to 4 business days from the transaction processing date before the funds become available.

Normal debit orders are classified as assumed collections. Although the transaction may initially reflect a status of "Paid", this status is provisional and may still change within the standard 4-day clearing period due to possible disputes, reversals, or insufficient funds.

  • Retained Amount: This applies only to TPPP (Third-Party Payment Provider) setups and when collections are processed via EFT Debit Orders. In compliance with PASA (Payment Association of South Africa) and banking regulations, a portion of collected funds is withheld to mitigate the risk of disputes, reversals, or unpaid transactions. Our system continuously monitors collections to ensure that the retained amount remains equal to 10% of the most recent 30-day period. If your company grows and the retained deposit no longer reflects the required 10%, we will notify you of the shortfall and advise on the top-up amount needed.

  • Available Balance: The amount available for payout, after accounting for the retained amount, uncleared amount and fees.

  • Total fees: Total amount of fees that will be deducted from your account excluding platform and retained/security deposit fees.
