This page allows you to manage your personal and contact details, adjust your language and theme preferences, and ensure your email is verified for secure access. Language
Customise your Kwik experience by choosing your preferred language: English or Afrikaans.
Theme
Choose between Light Mode and Dark Mode:
Light Mode: A bright and clean interface designed for optimal visibility in well-lit environments.
Dark Mode: A sleek, dark-themed interface that reduces eye strain and is ideal for low-light conditions.
Updating personal information
You can update your personal details, including:
Name
Surname
ID Type (e.g., Passport, National ID)
Passport Number / ID Number
Country
Updating Contact Information
Ensure your email address and phone number are current to receive important notifications.
Email Address (Changing your email will log you out automatically.) For details instructions, refer to the How to Change Your Email Address guide.
Cellphone Number
Alternative Contact Number
Managing Security Settings
Change Password: Regularly update your password for enhanced security.
Simply enter a new password and confirm your new password by entering it again.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Enable 2FA for an additional security layer.
Choose between using an authenticator app or receiving SMS codes.
Setting your Summary Report Preferences
Summary Reports: You can choose to receive transactional reports via email on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. You also have the option to select multiple frequencies if you'd like to receive reports more often.
