Sharing e-mandates
There are several ways to share an e-mandate with your customers. You can either share a general mandate link (for all customers signing up for a product or service), or you can share a personalised mandate (pre-filled with an individual customer’s details to reduce their admin).
1. Sharing from the E-Mandate Section
This method allows you to share a completely empty e-mandate via a link or QR code with all customers signing up for a specific product or service.
Steps:
Navigate to the E-Mandate section.
Choose the specific e-mandate and click the Action button.
Choose Share.

A modal will appear with two options:
Copy Link – Copy the link to share directly with customers.
Download SVG – Download a QR code customers can scan to sign up.

2. Sharing from the Customer Overview Section
Use this method to share an e-mandate with a specific customer. This is especially helpful if you already have their personal details but still need their banking details. Their personal details will automatically appear in the mandate, saving them time.

Steps:
Navigate to the Customer Overview section.
Click on the Action button.
Choose the e-mandate from your list of published e-mandates by clicking on Copy.

3. Sharing from the Customer View
This method allows you to share an e-mandate directly from an individual customer’s profile.
Steps:
Navigate to the Customer Overview page.
Locate the specific customer and click Actions > View.

At the top left of the customer’s personal details section, click the Share icon.

Select the e-mandate to share.
Click the Copy button to copy the link and send it to the customer.

Their personal details will already be completed, so they only need to add the missing information.
4. Sharing from the Customer’s Bank Details
This method makes the process even easier for your customer by including both their personal details and their banking details in the e-mandate.
Steps:
Navigate to the customer’s Bank Details section.
Share the e-mandate with the bank information already pre-filled.

The customer will simply select their preferred process day and submit the mandate.
Summary
General Sharing (via E-Mandate section): Used for multiple customers signing up for the same product or service.
Specific Customer Sharing (via Customer Overview Section / Customer View / Bank Details): Used to pre-fill customer details and reduce admin for the specific customer.
