Payment Methods

Kwik Payments provides secure and reliable solutions to handle payment collections for your business.

Payment methods are configured by Kwik during the onboarding process. Users can only modify the default settings.

If the default settings are updated, the new default information will automatically apply whenever a new payment is created thereafter.


This article outlines the payment methods we currently support.

Supported Payment Methods

  1. EFT Debit Orders

    • Description: A trusted and cost-effective way to collect payments directly from customers’ bank accounts on pre-agreed dates.

    • Use Cases: Ideal for recurring payments like subscriptions, memberships, or installment-based services.

  2. DebiCheck

    • Description: A secure debit order system that requires customers to electronically confirm their payment mandates with their bank. This method helps reduce disputes and ensures only authorised transactions are processed.

    • Use Cases: Suitable for both one-time payments and recurring payments, particularly where payment authorisation is critical typically for larger amounts.

  • Recurring Payments: For ongoing transactions such as monthly subscriptions, memberships, or installment plans.
