Tracking

DebiCheck tracking allows a debit order to remain active for up to 10 days after the initial collection attempt. During this period, the system automatically monitors the debtor’s account for incoming funds and re-attempts the debit as soon as sufficient funds become available. This process increases the likelihood of a successful collection without requiring a new mandate or manual follow-up.

Tracking functionality is bank-dependent — not all banks provide the same level of support. Some offer full tracking, while others offer partial tracking, where the account is checked for a shorter duration than what was approved on the mandate.
