How to change your email address

It is important to note that you will be logged out when you change your email address. Please ensure that you have your latest password at hand.

  1. Navigate to Your Account Profile

  2. Go to Contact Information Locate the Contact Information tab where your current email address is displayed.

  1. Update Your Email Address Enter your new email address in the provided field.

  2. Confirm the Update Click on Update Details to submit your request.

  3. Email Verification You will receive an email with further instructions. Open the email and click on the Email Verification Link to verify your new email address.

The verification email link expires after 1 day. If the link expires, you will need to start the process again.

  1. Log In with Your New Email Address Once your email address is verified, you can log in using your new email address and your existing password.

You can only log in with your last verified email address.
