Reset your password if you forgot it

If you've forgotten your password and are unable to log in to your account, you can easily reset it by following the steps outlined below.

Steps to Reset Your Password:

1. Click on "Forgot Password" On the login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link.

1. Enter Your Email Address

After you click the Forgot Password link, you will be redirected to the Recover Password page where you will be asked to enter the email associated with your account.

After you've entered your email address, the 2FA code field will hide when you have not set up your 2FA yet.

b. Click on Submit to receive an email with further instructions.

1. Receive the Password Reset Email Once you've entered your email address, an email will be sent to you with a secure password reset link. Check your inbox (and spam folder if necessary).

2. Click the Reset Link Open the email and click on the "Reset Password" link provided.

3. Enter and Confirm Your New Password You will be redirected to a secure page where you can enter a new password.

   • Enter your new password in the "New Password" field.

   • Confirm your new password by typing it again in the "Confirm Password" field.

4. Log In with Your New Password After successfully resetting your password, you will be automatically logged into your account.
