If you need to update the banking details linked to your account, follow the steps below to ensure a smooth process:


Steps to Request a Banking Details Change

  1. Prepare Your Updated Banking Information Before submitting your request, ensure you have the following details ready:

    • Account Holder Name: The name of the entity that owns the account.

    • Account Number: The new account number you want to use.

    • Account Type: Specify whether it is a Cheque/Current, Savings, or other type of account.

    • Bank Name: The name of the financial institution.

    • Branch Code: The branch code associated with the new bank account.

  2. Pass the CDV Check Ensure that the new banking details pass the CDV (Check Digit Verification) check. This verification ensures that the account details are valid and can be used for transactions.
