The Dashboard provides a quick overview of your account activity and balances.

The Dashboard provides a quick overview of your account activity and balances. It is the first screen you see after logging in and helps you monitor collections, payments, disputes, and available funds at a glance.

Summary Cards

At the top of the page you'll find four key metrics:

  • Received – Total amount successfully received during the selected period.
  • Payments – Number of successful payment transactions.
  • Unpaids – Number of failed or unpaid transactions.
  • Disputes – Number of transactions disputed by customers.

Income Chart

The income chart displays your payment activity for the selected month.

Use this chart to:

  • Monitor collection trends.
  • Identify high and low collection periods.
  • Compare performance across different months.

Dispute / Unpaid Ratio

These indicators show the percentage of:

  • Disputes – Transactions reversed or challenged by customers.
  • Unpaids – Transactions that could not be collected.

Keeping these percentages low helps maintain a healthy collection profile.

Account Summary

The Account Summary provides a breakdown of your available funds.

ItemDescription
Current BalanceTotal funds currently held in your account.
Uncleared AmountTransactions still being processed and not yet available.
Retained AmountFunds temporarily retained according to your account setup.
Available BalanceAmount available for payout.
Total FeesFees charged during the selected period.

Request Payout

Use the Request Payout button to transfer available funds to your nominated bank account.

Recent Transactions

The transaction table shows your latest payment activity.

Common columns include:

  • Status – Current transaction status.
  • Charged At – Date and time the transaction was processed.
  • Customer Reference – Customer or merchant reference.
  • Payment Reference – Unique Kwik payment reference.
  • Payment Method – Method used for the transaction.
  • Actions – View additional transaction details.

Tips

  • Use the month selector in the top-right corner to view historical data.
  • Review unpaids and disputes regularly to identify collection issues.
  • Monitor your available balance before requesting payouts.
  • Use the transaction list to quickly investigate payment activity.
