Stored Cards
The Stored Cards section provides visibility into customer cards that have been securely tokenised and saved for recurring card payments.
These cards are typically created when a customer:
- Creates a subscription
- Authorises a recurring card payment
- Stores a card during checkout for future billing
Security
Kwik does not store full card details.
Only a secure card token is stored on the Kwik Platform.
The actual card information is stored within a PCI DSS Level 1 certified environment, completely separate from the Kwik Platform.
This ensures:
- No sensitive card data is stored within Kwik
- PCI DSS compliance is maintained
- Card details remain protected by enterprise-grade security controls
- Recurring billing can continue without exposing card information
Viewing Stored Cards
The Stored Cards screen provides an overview of all customer card tokens linked to your account.
The list displays:

| Status | Indicates whether the stored card is active. |
| Created | Date the card token was created. |
| Name | Customer associated with the card. |
| Customer email address. | |
| Contact Number | Customer contact number. |
| Card Ending | Last four digits of the card. |
| Default | Indicates whether this is the customer's default card. |
| Recurring | Indicates whether the card can be used for recurring billing. |

The Stored Cards section is particularly useful for:
Subscription Management
Identify which cards are linked to recurring subscriptions and recurring card payments.
Card Expiry Monitoring
Monitor stored cards and identify customers whose cards may need updating before recurring payments fail.
Customer Support
Quickly verify which card token is linked to a customer when assisting with billing queries.
BIN Identification
Review card information associated with a customer, including the card BIN and related card metadata where available.
Recurring Billing Validation
Confirm whether a stored card has recurring payment permissions enabled before creating subscriptions or automated billing processes.
Filters and Search
Use the available filters to locate cards by:
- Payment method
- Status
- Date range
The search field can be used to find cards by:
- Customer name
- Email address
- Contact number
- Card information
Exporting Data
The Export option allows you to download stored card information for reporting and reconciliation purposes.
