The Insights page provides a detailed view of your transaction performance, collection success rates, mandate activity, and financial trends. Use filters to analyse data for specific payment methods and date ranges.

Use the filters at the top of the page to customise the data displayed.

  • Filter by payment method.
  • Select a date range.
  • All charts and metrics update automatically based on your selection.

Transaction Summary

The summary cards provide a quick overview of transaction performance.

Mandate Performance

Provides a breakdown of mandate statuses.

Common statuses include:

New Mandates First-Pass Rate

Shows the percentage of mandates that were successfully authorised on the first attempt.
